The PASMA Work at Height for Novices course is designed for individuals with little or no previous experience of working at height. The programme provides a solid understanding of the risks associated with work at height and introduces delegates to the principles of safe planning, equipment selection and hazard control.
The course focuses on developing awareness and competence, helping delegates understand their legal responsibilities and how to work safely in a range of workplace environments.
